Experience giant robot action through the fast-play Battletech wargame Alpha Strike. The tournament is suitable to beginners and veterans alike and we have included a long lunch break so you have time to walk around the event and join in on the fun. This Hot Spots Melbourne Replay event brings back two scenarios from previous events as well as a new scenario included especially for Victorius 2025.
The tournament will see you playing in a dense battlefield through three narrative scenarios. The scenarios are played in order on the day so you can tailor your force for maximum fun and effect. Play against fellow alpha strike enthusiasts, make some new friends, show us your cool robots and use your force to its fullest.
The scenarios are set in the year 3152, after the recent hot spots event where units unlocked the various vaults on planet, they have now turned on each other. In the first scenario you need to hunt down and eliminate key personal in your opponents force, and protect your forces. The second scenario sees your forces push forward and gain tactical control of the battlefield in order to force your opponent to give ground. Finally, having secured the field, you need to locate the access terminals found across the battlezone to gain access to critical intelligence to end the conflict once and for all.
