The NWA is very excited to have you run a game at Games Day 23.  The aim of Games Day is to show off our wonderful wargaming hobby to the public, engaging visitors and stimulating the desire to learn more and become part of our gaming community,

• Date of Games Day 23 – Saturday, 26th August, 2023
• Address – Central Ringwood Community Centre, Bedford Park, Rosewarne Lane, Ringwood
• Public opening times – 10AM – 4PM
• Venue open for setting up – 8AM
• Packing up time – 4PM – 5PM
• Parking available on site
• Canteen will be open all day selling hot food, snacks and drinks

• This event is here to showcase the hobby.  Please ensure that your display game uses miniatures, models and terrain that are painted to a high standard 
• Where possible the NWA prefers games that encourage public participation format, rather than a static display
• We ask that there is always someone at your table who is prepared and talk with and engage the public about your game and the hobby
• Please ensure you have everything you need to make your table run smoothly, e.g. dice, measuring implements, rules, quick reference sheets, etc
• Games should run all day from 10AM – 4PM
