The tournament caters for new and experienced players and expects everyone to respect your opponent. Allow them sufficient time to understand your action/activation (do they need to close ranks or use your fatigue\, ask them)\, as well as any available reactions they may have\, whilst being being mindful of the clock. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nTime Table for the Day\n\n\n\nArrive/Setup: 8:30-9:00am sharpLunch: 13:15 – 14:00Game 1: 9:00 – 11:00Game 3: 14:00 – 16:00Game 2: 11:15 – 13:15Wrap up and Pack: 16:00 -16:30\n\n\n\nSpecifics\n\n\n\nYour 6 point warband must be one of the main factions from the Ancients (Hannibal & Alexander)\, Dark Ages (Vikings & Invasions) or Medieval (Crusades & Chivalry) books. When building your warband you may split 1 point in 2 e.g. swap 2 heath guard figures for 4 warriors or 6 Levy (or visa versa). \n\n\n\nFirst round match ups will be at random with rounds 2-3 based on Swiss chess. There is no obligation to play every round\, so if your hands are tired from bloodshed\, take a knee and watch some of the matches play out (heckle and support in equal measures)\, tournament points will be awarded accordingly. \n\n\n\nTerrain will be provided and the number of pieces is specified for each scenario in the tournament pack. \n\n\n\nFully painted armies are preferred but not a requirement\, but armies must be WYSIWYG and clarified with your opponent to avoid confusion (e.g. is that a javelin or a spear) \n\n\n\nThe victor on the day will have their name immortalised as the inaugural Victorius Saga Champion and forever held in high esteem. \n\n\n\nPrizes may be distributed on the day and shared as equitably as possible\, note however\, there can be only one victor on the road to Valhalla. \n\n\n\nTournament Pack\n\n\n\nWe will be using the scoring system and scenarios in the Saga Tournament Booklet Version 1 from Studio Tomahawk. \n\n\n\nSponsors\n\n\n\nStay tuned \n\n\n\nGeneric Event Information\n\n\n\nPlease note that when registering\, your email address will be forwarded to the relevant Tournament Organiser.
