DBA tournaments are popular at NWA and always attract plenty of visitors. The armies are small, so don’t take long to paint. The basic rules are easy to learn although mastering good tactics takes longer. The Winter tournament this year was well attended. A great variety of armies were on display.

The final table shows Anthony Winter claiming a well deserved 1st place, with Peter D’Costa as runner up and Gavin Bowman 3rd. Martin Morgan won the Guts ‘n’ Glory award in a close race, surprisingly with a Polybian Roman army.
